Conquer Online Question:

Everything goes smoothly until the loading.. I insert my username and password, the loading comes up and at the “Logging into the game server” client just closes like i would have pressed Alt+F4 or something like that..

I’ve tried reinstalling the latest client for many times but it always crashes again.
I’m using Norton Antivirus, but even if i disable the antivirus, client will still crash, so the problem shouldnt be in antivirus.

For some weird reason, if i select a different server and make a new character, log in with the freshly made character and then log out, then i can log in to all my characters, including the ones that crashed me before. After doing that i can disconnect/login all the time. But when i close my client and open a new one, the problem comes back. Please help me, what could be the problem and how to stop it?
